Win 1 Collegiate outreach PLEDGE, has vowed to help college students get through one of the toughest time in persons life, college. College is a place where youth all over the world come to find their true identity, but often time wind up more confused then when they first arrived. PLEDGE will serve as a support group for believers as well as non believers who have never heard and experienced the power of God.
